At Talentory Productions, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring transparency, quality, and satisfaction in every purchase or experience you have with us.

This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations for all products and services available through our platforms.


1. Digital Products (Films, Music, Media & Downloads)

All digital purchases — including films, documentaries, shows, soundtracks, and downloadable media — are non-refundable once accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
This is because digital files are immediately available and cannot be returned once delivered.

However, you are entitled to support or a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • You received the wrong file or link due to a system error.
  • You experienced technical issues preventing access after successful payment.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase via sales@talentorypro.com for resolution.


2. Physical Products (DVDs, Merchandise, or Promotional Items)

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm via email whether your refund or exchange is approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


3. Event Tickets & Pay-Per-View (PPV) Access

Tickets and Pay-Per-View purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds are only issued if:

  • The event is cancelled or rescheduled by Talentory Productions.
  • You were charged twice or received an invalid access link.

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 business days of notification.


4. Cancellations

Orders for digital content cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
Physical product orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly via email.
